Nearing the end!

Finalizing my paper when I ge thome from work tonight. Yay. Gooing to be great.

Work is crazy busy today, but I am on my lunch break. I almost forgot to write my blog for this week. Not good.

Its 80 degrees out and sunny. Beautiful weather! I hope everyones holiday was fun. We had a blast watching the kids hunt for eggs in my grandmothers backyard... It was cute.

Nasty weather

We are getting hit with so much rain again in the tri-state area. It is so nasty out. My drive into work was a bit rough.

I wanted to quickley post since I have a few minutes. I wasn't able to post last week. I just had no time to keep up with it all. The only reason I am blogging is because it is required. I dont really enjoy it as you can see I don't put very much effort into it. I guess some people just arent into certain things. Nothing wrong with it. Its been fun to read some of yours when I DO get a chance to actually sit and remember to read the blog.

I hope all of you are having a good term. I can't believe it is almost over!!!

Crazy weather!

This past weekend was pretty crazy with the weather. I felt like my homework would never get done. I am sure. a lot of closed roads and power lines fallen. I saw a few giant trees that fell on peoples houses.. cleanup is still happening and a lot of the roads are still closed. My sister lives 2 towns over, she has a 4 and 5 year old and a new born, she has no power still and the electric company is saying they wont have it until the end of the week. She thankfully has a back up generator her husband hooked up. Unreal. I hope she has power sooner than the end of the week.

No complaints with the draft. Seems to be coming along well. Hope everyone else's is great too!

I was such a slacker this weekend! :)

I've totally been neglecting my work because I wanted to relax this weekend and be with my family without any distractions. I am sure many of you know the feeling. I felt so drained. I needed it.

As far as this weeks blog discussion goes, I think that pre-writing is a necessary thing. It helps get things together. It helps to organize things better. I have trouble writing as it is, so I need this.

So I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! and good luck on getting everything done! I know I need the luck!

I think that citing our sources is important because it give the people who worked hard on writing the articles books and websites the credit they deserve.
it is not fair to take someone else words and use them for your own benefit without giving them credit. If someone did that to me I would not be too happy about it at all.I would feel used.
I believe that if plagiarism is used and that person is caught they should face the consequences. I think that the sanctions listed in the handbook are exactly right to do.

I am not sure about the last question, I know that You tube and Wikipedia are not good references and are usually unacceptable because they can be altered.

On another note- I am completely snowed in but the good thing is that one of my friends who lives on the same street as me thankfully shoveled and cleaned off my car for me, I am grateful I didn't have to hurt my back doing all that shoveling. I have a bad back.

This week

This week has been a bit difficult for me to keep up with my assignments, but I am getting there! I want to try to get a little ahead so I am prepared!

Its a beautiful day out in Yonkers, NY. Its about 50 degrees out and sunny. The snow is melting. Hopefully we will not get hit with another storm this season and glide right into spring. I had enough of this cold weather and snow...

The days fly way too fast!!! I need more time! Hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend!

Thoughts.

This term is a hard one. Medical Terminology is crazy. I am going to keep it moving though. Have to keep that grade up. Anyone have any advice?

Today work was CRAZY. A lot of stress. Tomorrow will be a better day.

My Nephew Joey is already 6 pounds and 19 and 1/2 inches. He was born on 2/10/10. How crazy, he was 5 pounds when he left the hospital and 18 and 1/2 inches. He is a strong little cutie.
